Medical Conditions

Upon booking a treatment with me, you must discuss any medical conditions, pregnancy or if you are breast feeding with your me and at the time of your booking. If you have any uncertainty you must seek medical advice from your doctor. A comprehensive consultation will be carried out by Karabeauty before your treatment. Please be aware that some conditions will mean that you cannot have certain treatments and you may not be able to have a treatment that day or your therapist will suggest an alternative treatment. This will not be discounted.

Payments

Payments can be made by cash or card.  Cheques are accepted if no other form of payment is available.

Cancellation Policy  

Karabeauty requires 24 hours notice, by phone, text, or email, if you need to cancel your appointment. If not you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost if we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time. If a client cancels within 24 hours of their booking, without prior notice, the business owner retains the right to charge a deposit or full payment upon their next booking.

I may arrive up to 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. This will allow me to set up the equipment. If for any reason I am over 30 minutes late, for reasons beyond my control, and I still have time to carry out your treatment you will be offered 50% of your treatment price. If i am over 30 minutes late and do not have time to fully carry out your treatment you will be allowed to re book and receive the same treatment for free next time. Once I am in your house, any significant time taken out to tend to deliveries, babies, pets or work that becomes a disturbance during the treatment may be taken off your treatment time. If you are late for your treatment your treatment time will be cut where necessary.
